An Extraordinary General Meeting will take place on Wednesday 2 December 2026 at the University of Aberdeen, during the Society’s Annual Conference.
There are two items on the EGM agenda:
- To approve John Quinton as Chair of the Publications Committee from 1 January 2027
- To approve Paul Hallett as Chair of the Grants and Awards Committee from 1 January 2027.
Members are asked to vote on the resolutions in advance of the meeting. This will provide equity to all members who have the opportunity to vote, regardless of whether they will be able to attend the meeting.
