BSSS in association with Snowdonia National Park Authority plant trees in 64 schools in Wales

The British Society of Soil Science has sponsored 30 Mountain Ash trees to be planted in Schools around the Snowdonia National Park as part of the 64 year anniversary of the National Park and the International Year of Soils 2015.The planting takes place on Wednesday 11th March 2015 and there will be updates throughout the day on the website and social media.

Dirt Science Training Course at Cranfield University - Day 5

9th March 2015

On the last day of the five day NERC funded Dirt Science Training Course at Cranfield University (in collaboration with the James Hutton Institute and British Society of Soiil Science) the 22 delegates, split into 4 groups, gave some presentations and the presentation voted best by the Students, and endorsed by the Group Mentors, was from Group 2.
