Andrew Morris joined the team in February 2024 as Executive Director and is responsible for the strategic direction for the society and working closely with the board, committees, stakeholders and executive team in the execution of the board’s and member’s vision.

Andrew has recently worked for the Landscape Institute as Commercial Director, championing award winning member initiatives, offerings and routes into sector. He also brings with him strong experience at a senior level with cross sector exposure from both the private and public sector.  In previous roles he has been engaged in the education sector and also has a wealth of working within membership organisations such as GM Chamber of Commerce.

Andrew is a proud Mancunian and avid follower of Manchester United.  He was a professional actor playing the part of Nick in Emmerdale and is a musician playing in a Soul and Motown band in his spare time.
