Adrienne joined the British Society of Soil Science in August 2024 as our Business Development Manager, where she is spearheading the growth of our Sponsorship and Corporate Membership programmes.

With a robust background in the Higher Education sector, Adrienne brings a wealth of experience from her time in Production and Project Management at The Open University, where she delivered impactful projects that reached students worldwide. She’s also an entrepreneur at heart—co-founding a sales recruitment company, where she successfully led business development and navigated the diverse challenges of a growing start-up.

Outside of work, Adrienne has a range of hobbies that keep her busy: you might find her pottering around in her garden, levelling up on her PlayStation, or keeping up with the lively pace of her children.
