Natalie Coles joined the team in September 2020 as Senior Administrative Assistant. Natalie is responsible for membership applications and renewals, events and accounting.

Natalie graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2010 with a first class degree in Business Management and previously worked as UK Distribution and Customer Service Manager for IJP Design. More recently Natalie worked as Membership Manager at Woburn Golf Club  for seven years where she had the opportunity to gain a wealth of experience within membership, administration, budgeting, customer service and event management. 

Natalie lives in Milton Keynes, is an avid golfer and has previously played for Bedfordshire County as a junior. She is a qualified Girlguiding Leader, loves reading and plays the piano in her spare time.
