Christine Berrill joined the team in May 2021 as Project Co-Ordinator. Christine is responsible for supporting the delivery of the World Congress of Soil Science 2022 (WCSS), the ‘Our Living Soils’ programme and our education committee.
Christine graduated from the University of Aberdeen in 2013 with an undergraduate degree in Conservation Biology, with a focus on Forest Pathology for her dissertation, before joining Royal Mail as an Operations Manager. After gaining a wealth of experience in managing large complex teams and projects she decided to make the return to education in 2016. Christine graduated from Loughborough University in 2017 with a Masters in Environmental Monitoring for Management (Merit) and has since been running the office for Beacon Water Treatments.
Christine lives in East Northamptonshire and is a keen potter, gardener and quilter. She sells her pottery on a small scale from her home studio and can often be found spending her weekends fretting over her latest “Masterpiece”.
